In fact, if we make a mistake on your return and the IRS notifies you of a penalty, we will either pay the penalty for you or contact the IRS on your behalf at no charge to you.

	James Hardi is our primary tax preparer. He has been preparing taxes in Raleigh since early 1992. James graduated from California State University in Northridge California in 1970 and did graduate studies at both UCLA and USC in accounting and business management. He started ABS Accounting & Tax Service in 1991 at Stonehenge Marketplace in Raleigh, North Carolina, and has brought it to its existence today as ABS Tax Service & Consulting in Creedmoor Commons.
Elizabeth Hardi has been working side by side with James since he opened ABS Accounting & Tax Service. She is responsible for bookkeeping and customer service.
	Richard Shaw worked with a national tax preparation company for several years before coming to ABS in 2006. He attended Virginia Tech, graduated from Radford University, and has been preparing tax returns for four years. Richard works with our clients who need to make appointments after regular working hours and is available evenings and weekends.
