Drop-off Tax Preparation - This year we are also working with people who would rather drop off their tax returns for preparation than wait. In most cases it will be completed and filed the same or at most the following day if all necessary paperwork has been provided. We will contact you if more records are needed.
Free Electronic Filing - ABS Tax Service & Consulting provides FREE ELECTRONIC FILING with tax preparation. If we prepare your return for you, we will file it FREE to North Carolina and to the Internal Revenue Service. ABS Tax Service & Consulting also offers self preparers the option of filing electronically online or bringing their return to our office, and we will file it. Corporation Consultation - ABS Tax Service & Consulting offers Incorporating for clients wanting to own their own business without the liability of a partnership or sole proprietorship. We discuss the ways to structure your company and show you how to save money in the long run. Our service includes explaining the different types of corporations as well as the tax benefits associated with each. By doing this you are able to make a more intelligent decision on which type of corporation is best suited for you. The typical cost to incorporate your business is $650.00.
QuickBooks Instruction - We teach QuickBooks. ABS Tax Service & Consulting can help you or someone on your staff work with QuickBooks. When you are finished with the class, you will be able to enter your bills, pay your bills, invoice your clients, receive income from your clients, issue credits, do payroll, find transactions and many other things. Our charge is $595 for 4 hours of training and 1 hour of telephone support for one full year. You will also be able to reconcile your bank statements, run reports so that you know how you are doing and feel good knowing that your books will be acceptable for banks, potential buyers, vendors and even the IRS.
